These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to and regulate the provision of international offers facilitated by National Payment Corporation of India (“NPCI”) and provided by the Offer Partner (defined below). The Offer defined below) is facilitated to the Customer by NPCI in partnership with the Offer Partner.
Definitions:
“Customer/s” shall mean and include a person availing the Offer made available on this webpage.
“Offer” shall mean to include any discount(s)/subscription(s) or any other benefits of a similar nature as may be made available to Customer/s on this webpage page for a specified offer period by the Offer Partner.
“Offer Partners” shall mean NPCI international RuPay scheme partner that NPCI or its affiliates partners with for facilitating Offer to its Customers.
- These Terms shall be binding on the Customers availing the Offer. Any participating Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
- Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Offer Partners. NPCI makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of the information. Customer shall check directly with the Offer Partners to confirm availability and validity of the Offer.
- The Offer is facilitated by NPCI for the benefit of Customers, the Offer Partner is the sole provider of all the goods and/or services under the Offer. Accordingly, Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Customer availing any of the Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Offer Partner and the Customer, and NPCI is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
- NPCI or the Offer Partner reserves the right to disqualify the Customer from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the Customer for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise.
- NPCI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling the terms of the Offer due to fire, strike, war, civil unrest, terrorist action, government regulations, acts of Nature, pandemic/epidemic or other causes which are beyond the reasonable control of NPCI (“Force Majeure”).
- The Customers shall also bound by the terms, conditions and covenants stipulated by the Offer Partners in relation to the Offer.
- NPCI or the Offer Partner reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to the Customer to add/modify/ alter/ change all or any of the Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, any Offer by another Offer.
- Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws and regulations as may be amended from time to time.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, NPCI shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) including in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
- The Customer's participation to avail the Offer is purely voluntary.

- NPCI only displays the Offers extended by Offer Partners to its Customers in partnership with its merchants and NPCI is not rendering or providing any of these Offers.
- NPCI does not act as express or implied agent of the said Offer Partner’s vis-à-vis the merchants.
- NPCI is neither guaranteeing nor making any representation with respect to the Offers.
- NPCI is not responsible for the quality of the products/ services provided under the Offer.
Governing law and jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes between NPCI and the Customer, if any, arising out of or as a result of the Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
